Remember your first bite of a sweet roll or admiring your decorated birthday cake? Relive those wonderful memories as we explore the history of Chicago’s sweet bakeries. Some are over 100 years old and others are gone but not forgotten. Chicago was also home to many national baking companies: Keebler, Heinnemans, Maurice Lenell, and more. Better yet: samples will be provided to attendees! (In-person only)
