Join us in experiencing a relaxing Sound Bath, where soothing sounds and simple mindfulness techniques will be intentionally combined to invite a therapeutic effect on your body and mind. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you would like to lay down for the program. Space is limited, register starting Nov. 1 at 9:00 AM.
