Celebrate National Pizza Week and discover why Chicago is Pizza City, USA, with its array of 10 (or more) styles of pizza. James Beard Award-winning journalist Steve Dolinsky of NBC 5 has written two books on the subject, including his latest, The Ultimate Chicago Pizza Guide. Steve will talk about the history of deep dish, as well as discuss some of the other styles of pizza found in and around the city. Samples of local pizza will be provided!
