Welcome to Spice Club, where each month you get to take home a different spice, a couple of recipes, a bit of history, and some related book recommendations. Make one (or more!) of the recipes, take a picture, and send it in with your comments. Open to Palos Heights cardholders only, please.  Sign-up between Friday, December 1 and Friday, December 8 and pick up your kit from the library between Monday, December 11 – Friday, December 15.  This month’s spice: Ground Cardamom
